Fire Ground Review has its roots in United State's armed forces training methodology. The military spends millions of dollars to train their servicemen and servicewomen, complete with an After Action Review that allows military personnel to learn from their mistakes and train smarter. Fire Ground Review is a first responder modified version of the After Action Review. As first responders, we also want to learn from our mistakes, perform our jobs better, and go home to our families safe at the end of the shift.Â
